The Administrator of the data is Talent Hills company with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 81/7.10, 02-001 Warsaw. The Administrator can be contacted by e-mail at rekrutacja@talenthills.pl, by contact form at www.talenthills.pl, by calling us at +48 533 530 630 or in writing at the address of the Administrator’s registered office.

Your personal data will be processed:
– in order to lead the recruitment process for the Client of Talent Hills in the range of data not required by law – the legal basis of the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679);
– for the purpose of future recruitment processes, in case of consent for the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis of the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679);
– in order to determine or pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the Administrator – the legal basis of the processing of the data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679).

Your personal data are processed on the basis of a voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Consent to the processing of personal data is necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for future Talent Hills’ recruitment processes, the data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn or 4 years after your consent is given. The storage period of personal data may be extended by the period of expiration of claims, if the processing of personal data will be necessary to pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims by the Administrator.

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. IT services providers.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit your data or to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Administrator, and to complain to the supervisory authority.

Talent Hills protects all your data against unauthorized access by third parties using cryptographic protection methods or logging in and passwords. Access to the documentation containing personal data shall be assigned only to authorized persons to the extent necessary.
